Built around your trading hours

Tenant improvements, three-phase service, equipment circuits and Lutron lighting — planned so the disruption lands where it costs you least.

What we do

Commercial services

Tenant improvements

Full electrical for build-outs and remodels, coordinated with your GC and your landlord’s requirements.

Three-phase power

Service upgrades, switchgear and distribution for equipment a single-phase supply will not carry.

Equipment circuits

Dedicated circuits sized for what you are actually installing — a rooftop HVAC unit, a walk-in cooler, a kitchen hood and range, a compressor or lift in a shop bay, or EV chargers for a fleet.

Lighting retrofits

LED conversions and controls that cut the bill — Lutron-certified, and documented to Title 24.

Service upgrades

Heavier service, new switchgear and distribution when the building has outgrown what it was built with.

Priority callouts

When a business loses power it loses money. Commercial faults go to the front of the queue during working hours.

How your building is fed

The one-line

Every commercial job gets drawn like this before anyone pulls a wire. Tap any block to see what it does — and where the delays actually come from.

REALISTIC TIMELINES · NOT BEST-CASE ONES

How it works

The process

Same utility-first protocol as residential — commercial just adds paperwork and stricter inspection.

Step 01

We call the utility and prepare the drawings

Same protocol as residential, higher stakes. Meter spot released by the utility, plus load calculation, single-line diagram and site plan. Commercial adds Title 24 energy-code documentation on top.

We handle it
Step 02

Spot released — material ordered, permits pulled

Gear ordered, city permit filed under our C-10, and the date set around your trading hours rather than ours.

We handle it
Step 03

We plan the disruption

We stage the work so the power-off window lands on your quietest day, and we tell you the window before you commit. The cost of a commercial job is rarely the invoice — it is the hours you cannot trade.

Your part
Step 04

Inspected and signed off

City inspection, documentation for your file, and everything labelled properly for whoever works on it next.

We handle it
One thing worth knowing: the utility meter spot has to be released before anything is ordered, on commercial as well as residential. On a build-out that single call is often what decides your opening date — so it is the first thing we make, not the last.
